Serving Northeastern New York PGA, Central New York PGA and Western New York PGA

Being a people-first person has been the hallmark of Martha’s career, a trait that will serve her well as she transitions into a new role as Career Consultant for the Central, Northeastern and Western New York PGA Sections throughout her career,  She has dedicated her time to help others appreciate golf while also making her mark in the industry. She is the first female to hold the position as Career Consultant for the Central NY, NENY and WNY Sections. She also spent the last six seasons as the first female Head Professional at Skaneateles Country Club in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. Wells, a PGA Member since 1998, will bring a wealth of experience to her Career Services role that she began in the Spring of 2025.

PGA Compensation Profile & Survey: 

  • The annual PGA Compensation Survey is known as the industry standard for providing invaluable data on golf professional compensation levels. The NENY PGA Section is proud to maintain an 80% completion rate of the annual survey keeping data relevant and accurate.

  • NENY PGA Members & Associates are asked to complete and update the profile annually and is an anonymous survey so that stats can be pulled by facility type, etc.
