Girls & Women’s Seminar  –

Sunday, May 3rd @ Pinehaven CC from 11am-12:30pm
Bringing girls and women across all generations together through golf.

• This is a spring event for girls and women in the Capital Region, golfers and non-golfers! 
• The event will feature a panel of accomplished golfers who will be sharing fun and valuable insight into this great game and the impact it can have on women who play it.
• The panel includes Kay McMahon, an LPGA hall of fame member, Destiny Lawson, a former EPSON Tour player and current Assistant Professional at Pinehaven Country Club, Eloise Trainor, original founder of the Futures Tour, and Katie Nelson a VP at Bank of America and former Siena College player.Learn More & Register HERE

PGA Works Fellowships

PGA Works is a strategic initiative committed to making golf look more like America through on-course and off-course opportunities.

• PGA Works Fellowship opportunities are located throughout numerous PGA Sections/Foundations
• The NENY PGA is seeking to institute a PGA Works Fellowship in the 2027 calendar year, and the Works Fellow would be tasked with various responsibilities both admin and event related but would all be focused on supporting the activities and events of our PGA REACH NENY Foundation

Golf in Schools

• Our local PGA Section and its members are spearheading a grass-roots effort to introduce elementary-age kids to the wonderful sport of golf.

Golf in Hospitals

• Northeast New York PGA professionals have been using their craft to bring joy to the hospitals where children are recovering and receiving treatments.
• Setting up driving ranges in the hallways and mini golf courses in various extra rooms give these kids a chance to get out of their day to day serious routines and head into a completely fun environment. We even throw in some instruction to put to the test when their treatment ends!
