The PGA of America processes all financial transactions through Workday. This means there may be a few steps you need to take to set up your account to receive payment on goods and services or purse money. Please refer to the instructions below for guidance tailored to your specific category.
Contestants (PGA Members, Non-Members, or Associates)
If you are any of the following:
- PGA Member, Non-Member, or Associate who is playing in a PGA tournament
- Rules Official or Event Volunteer
- Honorarium Recipient
- PAT Examiner or PAT Host
- Junior League Coach stipends or scholarships
Follow the below steps to complete your application. If you have already completed this application you can view your application status within the portal.
If you forgot the email address linked to your account, select Forgot email address. You will need to provide your Full name and Date of Birth to recover your account.

Contestant & Supplier Payout Setup
Traditional Suppliers, Foreign Contestants, and Foreign Businesses
If you are any of the following:
- Vendor providing goods or services to The PGA Headquarters office or a PGA Section office (including golf courses, clubs, utilities)
- Independent Contractor or Consultant
- Foreign Individual or Foreign Business Entity
Follow the below steps to complete your application. If you have already completed this application you can view your application status in the registration portal that applies to you below.
If you are a new Supplier or an International person/business who needs to receive payment on goods and services (including golf courses, utilities, or other vendors):
1. Reconnect Access to Your Account
- Start your request for new login credentials by reaching out to Supplier Support. Be prepared to provided the following information to accurately process your request:
- Email Address
- Date
- Legal Name
- Business Name
- Workday Supplier Number (If known)
- The Supplier support team will validate your credentials and provide next steps via email to assist with recovering your Supplier account.
Note: Please be aware an Invitation email will come from Workday directly.
