Distance Insight Report

Over the last two years, the USGA and R&A embarked on a joint distance study in the game. They recently released a summary of their report and findings.

In the coming weeks, the PGA of America will be asking for your feedback on all aspects of the report. Until we can collectively review the data and assess the overall implications on the industry, the PGA of America will refrain from public comments.

We look forward to hearing from all of you to better serve our purpose to “elevate and advance the member, profession and game.

PGA JOB BOARD & JOB PREFERENCES SURVEY

As mentioned above the PGA Job Board can be found on PGA.org and contains a listing of ALL PGA jobs in any PGA Section both of management level (Head Professional/Director of Golf/GM) and non-management from Assistant Professional, Outside Operation, Pro Shop, etc.

View Your PGA Job Board HERE (Log in with Your PGA.org profile)

PGA JOB PREFERENCES SURVEY

Also mentioned above, the Compensation Survey will no longer be utilized. PGA members are all asked to take a few moments and complete the 6 questions for your PERSONAL JOB PREFRENCES. This will replace the Comp Survey and will also be a tool and resource that will be used to help tailor your own PGA Job Board when you log in at PGA.org to view employment opportunities.

Complete Your Job Preference Survey - Log into PGA.org and find it under "My Account"

REMEMBER: Currently PGA CareerLinks and the Job Board are both being utilized. So any job posted via CareerLInks is also being posted on the Job Board for any member to view the opportunity. CareerLinks will eventually be eliminated and YOU MUST BEGIN to be actively engaged in your employment and GO TO THE JOB BOARD (as email notifications will stop coming for CareerLinks notices)
