2019 Spring Membership Meeting Review:
The NENY PGA Spring Memebership Meeting was held on Monday, March 25th at Saratoga National and special thanks to our partners: Kirk & Matz Awards, PGA National Resort, and Merchant Preferred Credit Card Processing!
We had 83 attendees present with 65 of them making up PGA members and associates who celebrated our 2018 NENYPGA Special Award Winners highlighted by Ron Ireland, PGA General Manager earning the 2018 NENY PGA Golf Professional of the Year Award. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the video that provides a brief glimpse of Ron's impact made thus far on the facilities and membership he has served and to the benefit of the NENY PGA Seciton!
Reports included Section & PGA of Amerrica news updates, a fantstic presentation by Anna Liotta on the impact of Generations and what makes them tick and how you can better manage staff and consumers with this new knowledge and insight.
After the meeting, a cracker barrell education session was met where 17 professionals stayed for a discussion on career paths and planning led by PGA Career Consultant, Chris Kulinski and PGA Professionals, Matt Daley (Schenectady Municipal GC) and Jeremy Kerr (Mohawk GC).
