Despite some tough conditions - the Inaugural Section 2 High School Girls Golf Sectional & State Qualifier held on Friday, October 11 at Fairways of Halfmoon GC was a tremendous success - most importantly for the 50 girls who got to compete in the first ever event. Dottie Pepper and several NY State Section 2 and NYSPHAA representatives were present to share in the celebrated occassion as well. A hearty congratulations goes out to the top 9 girls who qualified and will move on to advance to the 2020 NY State Girls State Championship next June 5-7 at Deerfield CC in Brockport, NY.
