TAX INFO & 1099 Forms

Please be advised that as of January 28th all NENY PGA Section & PGA of America & PGA Golf Enterprise, Inc. (PGA Retirement Plus) 2018 1099's were mailed. Please feel free to contact the section if you have any questions we can assist you with.

*Please note that the reason you may receive two separate 1099's - One may be from PGA Golf Enterprises Inc. and this is your Golf Retirement Plus account. If you need more information specific to this you asked to contacct the VALIC representative at 833-742-7587 listed on the docuement.

Section staff is also happy to provide a customer service to our members by supplying other helpful tax information such a s list of your tournament entries and tourney sites/locations. If you would like this list, simply call,, email or text Tracie or Doug and we will send you an excel summary.

Take The PGA Compensation Survey

The Section requests your participation in helping to ensure that one of our Association's most powerful employment tools remains effective for you and other PGA Professionals.

By completing the 2019 PGA Golf Professional Compensation Survey by March 31, 2019, you can receive up to two (2) Member Service Requirement (MSR) credits. MSR credit is automatically applied upon completion of the survey with a summary of your responses available for your records.

Nominations are still being accepted for the NENY PGA Special Awards & Hall of Fame!

Feb. 8 – Deadline for Nominations Submitted to NENY PGA Section Office
Feb. 12 – All nominees notified (and nominees facility/employer notified as well)
Feb. 24 – Deadline for award materials submitted to NENY PGA Section Office
March 7 – Selection Committee Award Meeting and Voting
March 11 – Award Winners Notified
March 13 – Press Release of Award Winners
March 25 – NENY PGA Special Awards Presentations at Annual Spring Meeting

Chris was a former NENY PGA Section Junior member and has been working in the golf industry for some time now and has been an Assistant at Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston, NY. Section Members Have Great Showing in PGA Winter Series

The ever populsar Senior-Junior Team Championship was held last week at PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie with two NENY PGA Professionals making the cut, playing all 4 rounds and finishing in the money.

Huge shout out to Eric Mabee, PGA Head Pro at CC of Pittsfield and his partner from CNY PGA , Mark Tucker finishing tied for 5th place with their rounds of 68-66062-68-264 (-24). Scott Berliner, PGA Assistant Professional of Hiland GC finished in 35th place with his partner, Brian Cairns of Michigan PGA at -13.
