Register Your Facility for PGA Junior League

Have you registered your facility yet to host a PGA Junior League team? New this year, registered Captains and Coaches will have access to our Captain Resource Center housed here on PGAJrLeague.com – your one-stop-shop for everything you need to successfully plan and run your season.

PGA Logo Evolution

At the PGA Show, the new transition of the "PGA Professional" rocker on the badge to the new "PGA Member" was announced to the membership. After careful deliberation by multiple Member Committees and the Board of Directors, the determination was made that this wasn’t giving enough value to the years spent becoming a PGA Member. Thus, a logo was created that better represented that work and better differentiated between PGA Member and Associates - all of whom are “Professionals”.

Please reach out to section staff if you need assistance obtaining any of the new PGA logo files for your use.

Members on the Move & Updates

Ryan McCarty, PGA Assistant Professional of Leatherstocking Golf Course has transferred out of the section and accepted a Director of Golf position at Cedar Lake Club in neighboring Central New York PGA. Congrats Ryan and best of luck in your new role!

PGA of America Financial Scholarship
Do you have a child or grandchild eligible for a scholarship?

Eligibility Criteria

• A student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher (unweighted GPA based on a 4.0 scale) in either high school or college.
• Be a child or grandchild of a PGA member in good standing.
• Be accepted for admission to a two-year or four-year college or university.
• Be enrolled as a full-time student or be accepted as an incoming freshman pursuing a full-time course load.
  
  Deadline for Submissions is March 4th!

Instructors Requested for Kidz Expo Promotional Event
Saturday, March 2nd 10am-5pm

The section will be attending the Annual Kidz Expo with prime space on the stage of the Empire Plaza at Albany, NY with our hitting net and specialized beginner equipment to introduce and promote the game of golf and all PGA junior programs!

We hope that you will be willing to donate just 2 hours out of your schedule this year and help us fill up our schedule for the day as it is a fun, light hearted event but busy, busy, busy Below is our requested shifts but we will be more than happy to adjust as needed if your schedule needs it.

MSR Credits provided of 1 MSR per 1 Hour.
