Rules of Golf Workshops: FREE Online   

The 2021 NYSGA Rules of Golf Webinars (via ZOOM) are open to the public and designed to benefit all golfers. The seminar will focus primarily on the new Rules of Golf, using an interactive presentation that incorporates high quality video examples. 

Registration
Registration will be limited to the first 100 attendees who register for each webinar. A link will be sent via email with the ZOOM login instructions at 1:00pm on the day of the webinar you signed up for.

John Maurycy, PGA  is changing from his Life Member Retired classification to Life Member Century.

Congratulations to Anthony Therrien, PGA who successfully completed his PGA PGM Program and pursuit of membership and was elected into Class A membership. Anthony is the Head Professional at Brookhaven Golf Club. Congratulations Anthony!
 

ATTENTION PROFESSIONALS - PRIZE Payment Changes

The PGA of America & NENY PGA Section in turn are transitioning to a new financial platform. In order to accommodate the transition, there will be a blackout of all activity in the financial system from approximately April 25th to May 3rd. Please take note that this will mean no purse prizes or invoice payments will be able to be completed during these dates. 

In order to receive tournament prize purse payments as well, all NENY PGA Members will be required to create a registration account with Workday. Your previous direct deposit info will be transferred over however you must still create a registration account and PGA HQ will send a generated email in the coming week notifying you of this. 

Please don't forget if your bank account information has changed to reach out to get that info updated to ensure timely and correct payments are received.

Instruction training led by Judy Alvarez, PGA to teach individuals with disabilities and military veterans specific to PGA HOPE programming. Includes classroom instruction and outdoor/range instruction.

The event is free to take part in, please RSVP below to attend the live event.

Patriot Golf Day/Folds of Honor

Did you know that funding generated through Patriot Golf Day helps fund annual PGA HOPE programming? 

Please help support the most patriotic round of golf by registering your facility to support Patriot Golf Day which in turn helps fund Folds of Honor through education scholarships of military family members who have lost their loved one serving our country but also to PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) which offers free golf instruction to those who have served.

With Patriot Golf Day happening over Memorial Day Weekend (May 28 - 31), the time is now to start planning.
