Devastating loss of long-time NENY PGA Section Staff Member, Doug Evans. Tentative plans to honor Doug will be calling hours and a service here in New York on Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday of this week and will take place at Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home in Latham, NY. Followed by a memorial in Michigan at a later date.

Brad Gardner, PGA Head Professional at The Edison Club made a goal of increasing the funds his golf marathon raised and was shooting for $50,000! This is the 3rd year Brad has done the marathon in the name of the Folds of Honor at The Edison Club and bested his first year of $20,000, second year of $30,000 to a staggering $60,000 in proceeds raised which will benefit the charity to help provide scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen and disabled service members
